What's an Earliest Booking Time?

It’s just our more fun way of saying “Tuesday at 2:45pm” or “Wednesday at 11:00am.” But really, it’s just what it sounds like! Your Earliest Booking Time (or EBT, since we’re all old friends now) is your first chance to book your stateroom. We spread them out over several days to provide you the best possible guest service experience during the booking process.

I sailed in 2021 or was a cancelled International guest...

S.S. Neverender 2021 alumni and cancelled International guests will be given the first chance to book. This group was automatically assigned and emailed an Earliest Booking Time. EBTs are assigned in order of booking your 2021 reservation. Note that booking times will be spread throughout several days so that we may provide you the best possible guest service experience as you make your reservation.

I had to cancel in 2021...

All other cancelled guests who missed S.S. Neverender 2021 are next. This group was automatically assigned and emailed an Earliest Booking Time sorted by when you booked your cancelled 2021 reservation.

I had to cancel in 2020...

Cancelled guests from S.S. Neverender 2020 are next. This group was automatically assigned and emailed an Earliest Booking Time sorted by when you booked your cancelled 2020 reservation.

I've never sailed on S.S. Neverender...

New S.S. Neverender guests who join the pre-sale are the final group to be included. This group is assigned in the order that they signed up. Note that there will be multiple groups of new guests - those who sign up before the initial deadline and then those who sign up after. New guests who sign up for the pre-sale by 11:59pm ET on Thursday 11/10 will be sent their booking time via email on Friday 11/11. New guests who miss this first deadline but sign up for the pre-sale by 11:59pm ET on Monday 11/14 will be sent their booking time via email on Tuesday 11/15.

Once the pre-sale ends, the general public will be able to book on Wednesday 11/16 at 2pm ET.

Please Note: Being a part of the pre-sale does not guarantee that staterooms will be left for purchase when it’s your time to book. If the event sells out before your booking time arrives, you will be able to join the Waiting List at your booking time.
